Payment

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept Credit and Debit card payments through our payment partner, Stripe.

Are payments secure?

We use Stripe to accept and process payments. Stripe is one of the most secure payment gateways out there today. Your credit or debit card details are sent over a secure connection. We do not keep a copy of your credit or debit card details, in fact never see them.

Do you offer refunds or replacements?

Yes, but it will depend on a number of factors. Custom items can only be refunded or replaced if damaged on delivery, with proof of damage during delivery. It is important that you check your delivery before signing for it.

If you find that your order is damaged, make a note of it with the delivery driver and contact us within 7 days.

On non-custom items, you can request a refund within 14 days as per distance selling laws. Please note, any items that have been removed from their wrapping and used, will not be eligible for a refund.

Account

Do I need to sign up to your website to order?

No, you can order as a guest but we would recommend creating an account so you can track your orders and get updates.

I forgot my password, what do I do?

Look for the “forgot password” link on the sign-in page. Click it, enter your email address. An email will be sent to you with instructions to reset your password.

Delivery

Where do you ship to?

At this time, we ship to addresses in Ireland only.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Usually, you will receive your order within 3 to 5 business days. If your order is going to take longer, we will inform you by email.

My item was damaged during shipping, what can I do?

The first thing you should do is check the item before signing for it. Make sure it’s in good condition. If the item is damaged, make a note of the damage with the delivery driver and contact us within 7 days to arrange return of the item and a refund or replacement.

General

What are your frames made of?

We use real wood to make our frames. All frames come with single mount and glass front. Our frames are ready to hang with a strong metal hanger screwed to the back of the frame.

What happens if my photo is not usable or bad quality?

If we think your photo quality is too poor to print, we will contact by email to let you know. You will have the option of sending a better quality photo, receive a credit to your account for future orders, or a full refund sent to the card you used to pay. The choice will be yours.
